Timers, manual entries, booking items.
One click on the ticket starts the timer, and several can run in parallel. Forgotten time is added afterwards; time without a ticket (meetings, support) goes on booking items you enable per project.

Hour budgets per project, with alerts.
A project gets a fixed, monthly or yearly hour budget. Monthly and yearly budgets can be cumulative, so unused hours move into the next period.

Agent time is a draft until a person approves it.
When a coding agent books time via MCP, it becomes a draft that does not count toward the budget, does not appear for the client and does not go to MOCO. In the approval inbox you confirm it, adjust the duration or discard it.

- Optionally, a factor (1.0 to 10.0) converts agent minutes before the draft is created. The original time is kept.

What it does not do
So there are no surprises in the demo.
- No invoicing of your clients. That is what the MOCO connection is for, or your accounting. Apart from MOCO, no connection to other time or accounting tools.
- No hourly rates or amounts on time entries. Budgets are hours, not euros. The one exception: an optional hourly rate per project, used to set the budget of the MOCO project.
- No weekly timesheets, no calendar import, no desktop or mobile app.
Frequently asked questions
- What goes to MOCO?
- Logged time entries (agent time only after approval), as activities, grouped per ticket, day, person and billability. Projects are mapped to MOCO customers; without a fixed MOCO project, Spedy creates one MOCO project per ticket. A webhook brings the “billed” status back from MOCO.
- Does human time need approval too?
- No. Only time an agent books via MCP lands as a draft. Timers and manual entries by people count immediately.
- What does the client see of our time?
- In their overview, the time per ticket for the current billing month and the budgets of their projects, summarised. No single entries, no people, no drafts.
- What happens to hours above a fixed-price ticket’s budget?
- Every entry is billable, billed or not billable. On fixed-price tickets, hours above the agreed budget become non-billable automatically, and billable again if the budget grows.
