AI Chat Executes Actions, Grouped Sidebar, Todo Scopes
The AI assistant can now create, edit, and move tickets — with confirmation before every action. Plus: slash commands, daily briefing, a restructured sidebar, and separate todo scopes for your own and delegated tasks.

Three major changes in this update: The AI assistant can now execute actions directly — create, edit, move, and comment on tickets, with confirmation before every action. The sidebar is organized into logical groups. And todos now distinguish between your own and delegated tasks.
AI Chat: Execute Actions with Confirmation
The AI assistant could previously create tickets and retrieve information. Now it can also edit existing tickets, move statuses, and add comments — all from the chat.
Action Plan with Per-Action Control
When the assistant suggests multiple changes, it displays an action plan as a card. Each action is listed individually with:
- A description of the change (e.g. "Set priority of KP-42 to High")
- A toggle per action — you can exclude individual actions
- Confirm or Reject for the entire plan
After confirmation, you see progress per action: a spinner during execution, a checkmark on success, an error message on failure.
Slash Commands
Type / in the chat input to open the command menu:
| Command | Function |
|---|---|
/agenda |
Show daily agenda |
/news |
Show recent activity |
/ticket <title> |
Create a ticket with the given title |
/search <term> |
Search tickets by term |
The menu opens automatically when you type / and supports keyboard navigation with arrow keys and Enter.
Suggestions on Empty Conversations
When opening a new conversation, the chat now shows suggestion chips: "What's on my plate today?", "What's new?", "Create ticket", and "Search tickets". Click one to start the conversation with that prompt. In the ticket side panel, a "Summarize this ticket" chip also appears.
Daily Briefing
Under Settings > AI, there's a new toggle: Daily Briefing. When enabled, you receive an automatic summary of your tickets as a chat message on weekday mornings — open tasks, blockers, due dates, and status changes.
Knowledge Search in Chat
The assistant now automatically searches your Wiki and AI Knowledge Base when answering questions. Relevant sources are shown with links at the end of the response.
Feedback on Responses
Hover over an assistant message to give thumbs up or thumbs down. Feedback helps improve the quality of responses.
Live Status During Processing
While the assistant is working, a status line shows the current step: "Loading context", "Analyzing request", "Searching tickets", "Composing response", and more.
Sidebar: Navigation in Groups
The sidebar is now divided into three clearly separated sections:
My Area
- Dashboard — your personal overview
- Issues — all tickets assigned to you across boards (previously "My Tasks")
- Todos — personal task list
- AI Chat — the AI assistant
Workspace
- Projects — all boards and project folders
- Pull Requests — open PRs across all repositories
- Planning & Reports — workload, budgets, and timeline in one place (previously "Project Management")
Knowledge & AI
- Knowledge — Wiki and AI Knowledge in a combined view with tabs
The groups create clarity, especially when many features are active at the same time.
What Changes
- "My Tasks" is now called Issues
- "Project Management" is now called Planning & Reports
- Wiki and Knowledge Hub are merged into Knowledge (tabs: "Wiki" and "AI Knowledge")
- Sidebar favorites (tickets and projects) are now collapsible and collapsed by default
Todos: Separate Own and Delegated Tasks
The todo list now clearly distinguishes between two scopes:
Mine
Shows todos assigned to you or created by you and not delegated to someone else. This is your personal workload — only what you need to handle yourself.
Delegated
Shows todos you handed off to someone else. This way you keep track of delegated tasks without them inflating your own workload.
Effect on Badge and Dashboard
The todo badge in the sidebar and the todos widget on the dashboard now count only open todos from the Mine scope — not all of them. The number shows what's actually on your plate.

Favorites: Pin Tickets and Projects with Update Dots
Tickets and projects can now be starred as favorites and appear directly in the sidebar. Red update dots show new activity at a glance — without opening the ticket.

Project Folders, Help Mode, and Images in Subtasks
Projects can now be grouped into folders, a new help mode shows contextual documentation for every UI element, and subtasks support inline images. Plus: recurring todos on specific weekdays, timestamps on pull request rows, and a server-side dashboard checklist.

Personal Todos: for everything fleeting alongside your tickets
A private todo list per user – with WYSIWYG description, reminders, and optional delegation to team members. Tickets still cover everything else.
