Todos in the Side Panel, Multi-Repo Linking, and Preview as Beta
Create todos directly in the side panel, link multiple repositories at once, Ctrl/Cmd+Enter in time tracking, and Preview Environments as a Beta feature.

Four improvements in this update: todos can now be created directly in the side panel, multiple repositories can be linked to a board at once, time tracking supports Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to save, and Preview Environments are available as a Beta feature via opt-in.
Todos: create directly in the side panel
Previously, creating a todo opened a small dialog where you could only enter a title. Now the same side panel you know from editing todos opens instead.
What you can now enter in one step
- Title — as before, Enter creates immediately
- Description — rich text editor with Markdown support
- Assignee — delegate the todo directly to a team member
- Reminder — set a date and time for a notification
This means no more creating and then immediately opening again to edit. Title, description, assignee, and reminder are captured in a single flow.
Link multiple repositories at once
Under Board Settings → Integrations, you could previously only link one repository at a time. The repository picker now shows checkboxes so you can select multiple repos.
- Select individually — click the checkboxes of the repos you want
- Select all — one click selects all available repos
- Add — the button shows the count and links all of them at once
If individual repos can't be added (e.g. because they're already linked), the rest are still linked. You'll see which succeeded and which failed afterwards.
Time tracking: Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to save
When editing a time entry, you can now save it with Ctrl+Enter (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Enter (macOS) from any field — no need to navigate to the save button first.
A small hint below the description field shows the correct shortcut for your operating system. Press Escape to cancel editing.
Preview Environments: Beta feature with opt-in
Preview Environments are now a Beta feature that must be explicitly enabled. Previously, previews were available to all users with board access — now the feature is disabled by default.
Activation in two steps
- Organization: An admin enables "Live Preview" under Settings → Features (marked with a "Beta" badge)
- Board: Each board must then opt in individually under Board Settings → Features
Only when both toggles are active does the Preview button appear in the ticket header and the preview page become usable. Without activation, the preview page shows a notice with instructions for enabling it.
Previews that are already running can still be viewed and stopped — even if the feature is disabled afterwards.
