For DACH startups · Series A/B
Grow without a Frankenstein tooling stack.
At 5 devs, Notion is enough. At 30 devs, it isn’t. Spedy is the point where your team grows out of tooling chaos — GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, with an AI agent at no extra charge.
What we hear
- Linear-vs-Jira decision has stalled for 6 months — both are US-hosted, GDPR question pops up in investor due diligence.
- Stack Frankenstein: Notion (wiki) + Linear (PM) + Toggl (time) + Slack — half-baked SSO, every switch breaks flow.
- You wanted to be "AI-first," but every tool wants its own AI surcharge (+$10-20/user/month).
- Scaling from 10 → 30 devs in 12 months planned — today’s tooling choice has to keep up.
- First enterprise customers ask for DPA, EU hosting, SOC-2 — your tooling stack has to tell that story.
How Spedy solves it
Concrete answers, no marketing promises.
One platform instead of five
PM, wiki, time tracking, releases, knowledge hub in one tool. Native SSO. No tooling stack Frankenstein, no "where did I write that down again" reflex.
GDPR + EU hosting in your story
For your next investor pitch or enterprise sales call: "Hosted in Frankfurt, DPA in the standard contract, made in Germany." Saves hours of compliance discussion.
AI coding agent at no surcharge
Included in Pro. Turn tickets into PRs, measure velocity, without paying $20/user/month in AI tax per dev.
Scales from 10 to 30+ devs
Multi-workspace, granular permissions, audit logs (on the enterprise roadmap). You don’t buy a second platform when your team grows.
EUR pricing instead of USD roulette
For a 25-person team you save ~€2,400/year vs. Linear via EUR pricing and no USD exchange surcharges. Enough for a bug bounty or a team offsite.
Features that matter to you
Spedy is an all-in-one tool. Here are the parts that matter most for your use case.
All-in-one: PM + wiki + time + releases
One login, one search, one permission model. Stack reduction is velocity.
AI coding agent included
Writes PRs from tickets. In the Pro plan with no add-on pricing.
GDPR + DPA in the standard
Investor due diligence + enterprise sales close faster.
Multi-workspace ready
You’re at 12 devs today, 30 in a year. Spedy scales with you.
Sprints + releases + roadmaps
Engineering-first, not generic PM. Sprint reviews, release notes, velocity tracking.
Customer-facing public forms
Bug reports + feature requests from customers go straight into the pipeline. Not a Zendesk replacement, but enough for phase 1.
Our recommendation
Recommended: Pro (€9 / user / month)
Free covers the first 3 founders/devs. From the 4th team member, Pro: unlimited users, AI agent, priority support. At 25 devs that’s €225/month — cheaper than Linear+Notion+Toggl combined, with a much better story for investors and enterprise sales.
Frequently asked questions
- Are you SOC-2 compliant?
- Currently no, but on the roadmap. EU hosting in Frankfurt, DPA in the standard contract, encryption at-rest and in-transit. If your investor explicitly demands SOC-2, contact us — we can share the roadmap status and prioritize if needed.
- Can we self-host?
- On-premise is Enterprise plan. Self-hosted setup for Fortune 500 / regulated industry customers. Contact us for details.
- How do migrations from Linear / Jira / Notion work?
- Jira: native API integration with one-time import or continuous live sync (webhooks + polling). Linear: migration is currently a manual process (CSV export → we recreate tickets via script/API), dedicated importer planned. Notion: wiki pages need manual migration (HTML export → Spedy wiki page). For teams of 10+ users we handle the migration at no cost.
- How does Spedy integrate with our GitHub/GitLab workflow?
- Native integration: tickets ↔ PRs linked, status syncs. Webhooks for your own automations. Pipeline view per repo. Spedy doesn’t replace your code host — it sits on top of it.
- What about our existing Slack notifications?
- Native Slack integration: status changes, mentions, daily summaries. Custom webhooks to control what posts when. Zapier/Make.com if you need something specific.
