- 1 user, all features (boards, tickets, wiki, time tracking, AI coding agent), 2 GB storage. No credit card required, no time limit. You can stay on Free forever if that's enough.
- Why is Pro priced in EUR, not USD?
- Spedy is a German GmbH (Coding9). EUR pricing means no USD exchange-rate surcharge, no Stripe conversion fees, and invoices in your home currency. For a 20-person team, you save ~€500/year just by skipping FX spreads compared to USD-priced tools.
- How does the AI coding agent cost work?
- The agent is included in both the Free and Pro plans. You connect your own Anthropic/OpenAI API key — LLM costs go directly to Anthropic/OpenAI (typically €0.05–0.50 per ticket depending on complexity). Spedy takes no commission on top.
- Can I cancel monthly?
- Yes. Pro is monthly cancellable — no minimum term, no notice period beyond the current month. Annual prepay offers a 15% discount, but it's optional.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export all data anytime via API (tickets, wiki, time entries as JSON or CSV). After cancellation, your account stays in soft-delete for 30 days and can be restored. After that: hard-delete including backups.
- Are there discounts for open-source projects or non-profits?
- For open-source projects with active repositories and for non-profits: yes — email [email protected] with brief context. We typically offer 50% off or free Pro access for small teams.
- What does the Enterprise plan look like?
- Enterprise is for teams of ~50+ or with special needs (SAML SSO, on-premise hosting, audit-log export, custom DPA). Pricing is quote-based — no hidden Pro-Plus-Premium tier ladder. Contact us with team size and use case.
