What do client logins cost?

Nothing. Client logins are unlimited and free on every paid plan. Your clients create tickets, see status and hours, and give feedback, but never count as paid users.

What's included in the Free plan?

The Free plan is a single seat to look around: 1 user, 2 GB storage, with projects, tickets, wiki, and time tracking. No credit card required, no time limit, you can stay on Free forever. Team capabilities like multiple users, automations, or API tokens are part of the paid plans.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Business?

Starter (€5 / user / month) is collaboration for up to 5 users, including teams and todo delegation. Pro (€9) removes the user limit and adds automations, webhooks, API tokens, public forms, the AI knowledge base and seat-free agent users (scoped tokens, claims, reports, delivery trace) with 50 GB storage. Business (€19) adds permission groups, OAuth apps, priority support, and 250 GB. MCP with your own token is on every plan, including Free. All prices are net, plus VAT.

What does connecting our AI agents cost?

Nothing extra. Spedy runs no agents; you connect your own tool (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, …) via MCP. With your personal token that works on every plan, including Free. Seat-free agent users, that is dedicated machine users with scoped tokens, ticket claims, reports and a delivery trace, come with Pro and up. LLM costs are billed by your provider as before; Spedy takes no commission and doesn't resell tokens.

Can we cancel monthly?

Yes. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime effective at the end of the current billing month, with no minimum term. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Nothing is deleted automatically: your workspace falls back to the Free plan and stays intact. If you want to delete your organization entirely, you can do that yourself in the settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all content including files. Only invoicing records are retained as required by statutory retention duties.

Are there discounts for open-source projects or non-profits?

Email us at [email protected] with brief context about your project or organization. We review these case by case and usually find a fair arrangement.

Is Spedy available self-hosted or on-premise?

Yes, as an individual offer on top of the Business plan: deployment on your infrastructure, SSO (SAML/OIDC), custom SLAs, extended audit logs, and a DPA/GDPR contract package. Reach out with your team size and setup and we will come back with a concrete proposal.
