For solo founders · indie devs
One tool instead of five subscriptions.
You build solo or in a 2-person team. You pay for Notion, Linear, Toggl, Cursor — every subscription stings. Spedy replaces your PM, wiki, and time tracking subscriptions, with an AI coding agent included.
What we hear
- Fully paid, Notion ($10) + Linear ($10) + Toggl ($9) + AI tools ($20) add up to around $50/month — free tiers cover many solos, but as you grow you tend to end up paying each subscription in full.
- Context switching costs — every tool has its own UX, search, and notifications.
- AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) are great, but the ticket-to-PR loop you have to drive yourself.
- Free-tier journey: every tool has a generous free tier, until you hit limits — then a steep pricing jump.
- When you grow (first hire, first co-founder), your stack has to come along without rebuilding everything.
How Spedy solves it
Concrete answers, no marketing promises.
Free plan is enough for solo
1 user, all features, 2 GB storage. While you're working solo, you pay nothing. The moment a co-founder or first hire joins, you go to Pro — no hidden limits in between.
AI agent instead of manual Cursor workflow
Write the ticket, the agent opens a PR. You review, merge, move to the next ticket. No Cursor tab hopping. The free plan has the agent too (with your own API credentials).
Wiki + notes + PM in one
Notion replacement for engineering notes. Personal knowledge hub for architecture diagrams, customer calls, how-to guides. All in the same tool as your tickets.
Time tracking without an extra subscription
Per-ticket time tracking built in. If you bill hourly or do solo self-reporting, you don’t need a Toggl account anymore.
Grows with you when you scale
If you’re solo today and have a 5-person team in 12 months, you stay on the same tool. Scaling into an agency? Multi-workspace is there. No migration pain.

Notion replacement for engineering knowledge.
Built-in time tracking
Hours, billable rates, CSV export for your accountant.

EUR pricing as you grow
From Pro €9 / user / month. No USD exchange, no add-on tiers.
Our recommendation
Recommended: Free (€0)
While you’re working solo, Free is enough (1 user, all features). As soon as a co-founder or first hire joins, you move to Pro: €9 / user / month — usually cheaper than a fully-paid Notion-Linear-Toggl combo.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the free plan really enough?
- For solo founders, yes. You get all PM features (boards, tickets, sprints, releases), wiki, time tracking, GitHub integration, AI coding agent. Limits: 1 user, 2 GB storage, no SAML SSO. As long as you're working solo, you have plenty of room — once a co-founder or first hire joins, you upgrade to Pro.
- How does the AI agent work on the free plan?
- You connect your own Anthropic/OpenAI API key. The agent runs with your credentials, you pay LLM costs directly to Anthropic/OpenAI (typically €0.05-0.50 per ticket depending on complexity). Spedy takes no commission.
- Can I use Spedy as a Notion replacement?
- For engineering knowledge, yes: wiki, hierarchies, markdown, versioning. If you use Notion for CRM, OKRs, or team wiki beyond engineering, Notion may stay parallel. But you can migrate 80% of your engineering pages.
- What happens when I scale?
- You move to Pro (€9 / user / month) as soon as a second user joins. Pro has unlimited users, more storage, and priority support. The tool stays the same — no migration, no UX change.
- What’s the advantage over Cursor + GitHub Issues?
- Cursor is an editor AI. Spedy is PM + AI agent. You skip the context switch between issue-tagging and code-writing — the ticket itself becomes the PR. Cursor stays complementary: it helps you in the editor, Spedy helps you with volume.
